Milton Mueller is Professor at The Georgia Institute of Technology School of Public Policy. From 1998 to 2015, he was Professor at the Syracuse University School of Information Studies, and from 2008 - 2010 he was concurrently XS4All Professor at the Delft University of Technology. He was one of the founders of the Internet Governance Project, a consortium of university scholars working on international Internet policy issues.He is a sought-after speak on issues related to Internet governance, cybersecurity policy, domain name economics and policy, policy and economics of Internet routing and addressing, international organizations in communication and information policy, domestic and international telecommunication policy, IPv6 migration.
