Wolfgang Kleinwächter is a Professor for International Communication Policy and Regulation at the Department for Media and Information Sciences of the University of 
Aarhus in Denmark where he teaches "Internet Policy and Regulation" since 1998, served five years in the NomCom: two years as a voting member for ALAC, one year 
as an associated chair, one year as a chair and one year as an adviser to the chair.
